Mr. Vernon Leo Cosby, age 73 of Harrogate, TN was born June 25, 1949 and passed away January 4, 2023 at his home.

Graveside services will be conducted 1PM Thursday, January 12, 2023 in the Parks Cemetery with Pastor Gary Dotson officiating.
