Lori Suzanne Stevenson

Ms. Lori Suzanne Stevenson, age 57, of New Tazewell, TN was born August 4, 1965 and passed away Friday, April 7, 2023. Lori was a very loving and free-spirited person. She would always see the good in everyone and was always non-judgmental regardless of the situation. She was an amazing artist as she loved art from drawing and painting to decorating cakes and interior design. Lori was loved by everyone and had this energy around her that people were always drawn to.

She was preceded in death by her father; Allen Hopper, half-sister; Leslie Ann Bruner

She is survived by her  mother; Lois Bruner and husband Paul, children; Ashley Nicole Thornton, Joshua Adam Smith and Edward Alexander Stevenson, grandchildren; Kalynn Thomas, Kristopher Foister, Nickolas Foister, Kaden Smith, Landon Smith, Gage Smith and Avery Thornton, brothers; Mark Hopper and David Hopper, sisters; Karol Beth Jones and Rachel Bruner, nephews; Brandon Smith, Jarred Jones, Greyson Hopper, Jordan Warf and Noah Hopper, nieces; Lauryn Hopper, Danielle Peace, Paige Hopper, Isabella Hopper, Emily Bruner and Trinity Russell. She is also survived by a host of cousins and many other loving relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends Thursday, April 13, 2023 from 2PM until 4PM with funeral services to follow at 4PM in the Arnett & Steele Valley Chapel.
