Charlotte Wilder Obituary

Mrs. Charlotte Lou Wilder, age 78 of Speedwell, TN was born February 8, 1941 and passed away Friday, August 23, 2019 at her home with her loving husband by her side. Charlotte enjoyed sewing and quilting. She made many quilts but she never would keep them for herself. As soon as one was made, she would give it away. This shows the loving and caring heart that Charlotte had.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Leonard and Ruth Harris, her son; Steven Wilder, brother; Royal D. Harris, sisters; Geraldine and JoAnn.

She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years; Gerald “Bean Bug” Wilder, granddaughter; Shelby Wilder, 2 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and a host of other loving relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be conducted Saturday, September 7, 2019 at 7PM in the Arnett & Steele Valley Chapel with reflections shared by Dr. Gary Burchett.  Music will be by Johnica Bond and Camil McGlone.

A dinner for the family will be held Saturday from 4:00P.M.~ 5:00P.M prior to the Celebration of Life service in the Community Kitchen adjacent to the Arnett & Steele Valley Chapel Funeral Home.
